Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are preferred but not necessary during the week. On Saturday’s, however, we do require an appointment to be booked. Please note that when you request an appointment online, your appointment is not guaranteed until a bridal consultant contacts you. When you are booking your appointment please have a credit or debit card ready, we hold this information until you check in for your appointment. If you fail to give a 24 hour cancellation notice or you “no show” to your appointment, we do charge the card $25.00.

How can I schedule an appointment?
You can book an appointment a number of ways! You can request an appointment through our website, you can contact us directly during business hours by giving us a call at (706)-810-8020, or you can come into the boutique to book your appointment in person.

How soon do I need to order my gown?
We suggest to order your gown 6-9 months from your wedding day. The average designer gown can take 4-6 months to ship and you need to allow adequate time for alterations that can take up to 2 months. If your big day is fast approaching, we offer sample gowns on our floor and our designers usually have a “rush” option for a small fee.

Sizing
We carry sizes 4 to 26 on our floor. Before we order your dream gown, we will take measurements and look with you over the designers size chart and together we will decide the best size for you. Keep in mind that dresses are made by a standard size chart and our bodies aren’t, minor alterations should be expected to get the perfect fit for your body. We have a seamstress that works through us that we can refer you to, please give us a call for more information on alterations.

What is the price point of your gowns?
Our dresses range from $900 to $2,200 with the average gown price being between $1,200 to $1,700. We also have a sample rack of dresses under $1,000.

How long is my appointment?
Each bridal appointment is an hour and a half. You will have a personal bridal consultant, your family and friends will have private seating, and you will have a runway with mirrors on all sides so that you can see every detail of your gown!

What do I need to bring?
We recommend proper undergarments (nude or white underwear is best- please do not come without underwear, these gowns are tried on by other brides– spanx, if you wish, and a strapless bra). Also, please bring the shoes (or shoes that are similar to the shoes) you will be wearing on your wedding day, this will allow you to see how the dress will fall and give you a better idea of your completed look.

Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards, cash, and check. We do not currently offer a payment plan, we keep our dresses affordable to avoid costly finance fees for our brides. Please have a budget in mind when you come to your appointment, we do our very best to keep you within your budget. Dresses are not ordered until the gown has been purchased.

Returns
All sales are final. We do not do store credit or exchanges.
